Derek A. Danielson

Derek A. Danielson is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, School of Law. Mr. Danielson is “Of Counsel” to the Law Offices of Myles L. Berman where he concentrates in the defense of driving under the influence cases. Since joining the Law Offices of Top Gun DUI Defense Attorney® Myles L. Berman, Mr. Danielson has successfully tried drunk driving cases in Courts throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. A senior prosecutor has described Mr. Danielson as “one of the two best DUI attorneys in the State” and recently after completion of another trial, a Superior Court judge commented that Mr. Danielson “is one of the finest counsel to have appeared before me.”

Prior to his association with Myles L. Berman in 1997, Mr. Danielson practiced for over 20 years in Toronto, Canada as senior partner in the Law Offices of Danielson and Fox, an internationally recognized firm specializing in the defense of all criminal matters. Mr. Danielson has conducted thousands of criminal trials, both jury and non-jury, involving a range of charges from murder to simple assaults. Mr. Danielson has appeared at all levels of appellate courts in Canada where he successfully argued for the creation of defense discovery rights, exclusion of confessions based on State trickery, dismissals based on pre-charging delay as well as obtaining an acquittal in a quadruple death case before the Supreme Court of Canada. He has tried over 800 drunk driving cases.

David T. Kaye

David T. Kaye is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He obtained his law degree from Western State University and was admitted to the California Bar in 1994. He served as a Deputy District Attorney in Fresno County and then established a private practice limited to criminal defense with an emphasis on DUI cases. He is actively involved in the legal community and has served four years as a Co-Chairman of the criminal section of the San Diego North County Bar Association. Mr. Kaye has represented over 1500 clients with DUI charges and has tried more than 200 DUI jury trials throughout Southern California. Richard Wagner

Richard Wagner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1989. He received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California in 1998. In law school, he served on the Law Review, and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in advanced criminal procedure. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Top Gun DUI Defense Attorney® Myles L. Berman, Mr. Wagner was the managing partner of the law firm of Wagner & Zielinski, in Long Beach, California, concentrating in the defense of all criminal matters, including driving under the influence cases. Mr. Wagner also spent 2 years working as a prosecutor in the criminal branch of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Mr. Wagner has handled hundreds of driving under the influence cases at both the pre-trial and trial stage. Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice in United States District Court for both the Central and Southern Districts of California and in all state courts throughout California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, California DUI Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Long Beach Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, California Public Defender’s Association and the Criminal Courts Bar Association.

Obie Ozobu

Obie Ozobu graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996. She obtained her law degree from Western State University and was admitted to the California Bar in 2001. While in law school, Ms. Ozobu was recognized by Who’s Who of American Law School Students. Throughout her legal education and career, Ms. Ozobu has focused her practice on criminal defense. As a law student and graduate she clerked for the Los Angeles County and Orange County Public Defenders’ Offices focusing on appellate rights for wrongly convicted individuals. From 2002 until 2005, Ms. Ozobu worked as a Los Angeles County Deputy Public Defender where she defended hundreds of individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence. She has been very successful with and is primarily responsible for conducting DMV hearings.

Jeff Yeh

Jeff Yeh graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He obtained his law degree from Ohio State University in 2005. While in law school, Jeff interned for almost one year at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, received the “Cali Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy” as well as graduating as a Public Service Fellow. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Top Gun DUI Defense Attorney® Myles L. Berman, Jeff was with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office as a trial attorney, where he handled over 900 criminal cases including DUI cases at both the pre-trial and trial stages. He is also fluent in Mandarin.

Jeffrey K. Bullingham

Jeffrey K. Bullingham graduated from the University of Southern California in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was a part of the school’s prestigious “Thematic Options” Honors Program. Thereafter, Jeffrey attended the University of San Diego School of Law, obtaining his law degree in 2002. While in law school, Jeffrey interned for the San Diego County Alternate Public Defender’s Office, working extensively on a high profile death penalty case, in addition to several other serious felony matters. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Top Gun DUI Defense Attorney® Myles L. Berman, Jeffrey worked for the law firm Spital & Associates where he was in charge of the day to day operations of the firm’s criminal division and successfully defended hundreds of clients charged with DUI / Drunk Driving.
